Unfiltered dry white wine created with wild yeasts. The aroma is a complex combination of duchess notes, vanilla, white flowers, heather honey and dried pear. Taste is a combination of pear tones, melon, tropical fruits with balanced acidity. Perfect with seafood and light meat salads.
Production technology: 5 days of cold maceration. Wild yeastі, spontaneous fermentation. Resting on the must for 30 days. Alcoholic fermentation in an oak barrel (225 l). Malolactic in an oak barrel. Use of wild yeasts and bacteria in both fermentation. Aged in an oak barrel for 9 months.
