Biologist Chardonnay 2019



White semi-dry unfiltered wine. Aroma with notes of white flowers, fresh, with dominant tones of duchess. The taste is harmonious, with a pleasant aftertaste of fruits and citrus fruits, full-bodied. Chardonnay goes well with light salads and seafood. Perfect with turkey, chicken, fish, as well as fruits and cheeses.

Production technology: Reducing the yield of grapes by 70%. Cold maceration on the pulp for 7 days. Alcoholic fermentation in an oak barrel (225L). Malolactic in an oak barrel. Use of strain yeast and bacteria in both ferments. Resting on fine lees for 3 months. Aged in an oak barrel for 7 months.

Alcohol: 15%.

Harvest year: 2019.

Grape varieties: 100% Chardonnay.

The total amount of the 2019 harvest is 300 bottles of 0.75 liters.
