Aromatic and rich amber wine. Aroma of dried apricots, dried figs, caramel and sherry notes. The taste of the wine is harmonious, refreshing. Pleasant aftertaste. Great for salads, cheeses, seafood, white meat.
Production technology: Cold maceration for 10 days. Alcoholic fermentation in a stainless steel container. Spontaneous fermentation on wild yeast. Aging on the must after fermentation for 2 months. Aging in an oak barrel (225 l) – 3 months.
