Biologist Merlot 2019



Powerful yet elegant dry red wine. The aroma is multifaceted, with tones of cherry, vanilla and dried fruit. The taste is balanced, soft, moderately tannic, with a long vanilla aftertaste. Merlot goes well with almost any dish and makes a harmonious union with warm salad, grilled vegetables, snacks, lean meat, steak and pasta.

Production technology: Cold maceration with stalks for 10 days. Alcoholic fermentation with wild yeasts (50% of raw materials). Malolactic in an oak barrel (225 l). Aging in oak barrels for 6 to 9 months.

Alcohol: 16%.

Harvest year: 2019.
