Elegant and balanced dry red wine. The aroma is a harmonious combination of blackberry, cherry, raspberry and violet. The taste is soft, harmonious. Perfect with fried meat.

Production technology: Reducing the yield of grapes by 50%. Cold maceration with stalks for 10 days. Alcoholic fermentation in a stainless container. Wild yeast, spontaneous fermentation. Malolactic in an oak barrel (225 l). Aging in oak barrels for 6 to 9 months.

Alcohol: 14%.

Harvest year: 2019.

Grape varieties: 100% Pinot Noir.

The total amount of the 2019 harvest is 1,100 bottles of 0.75 liters each.
