White dry unfiltered wine. It has an elegant aroma with notes of golden plums, toast and tropical fruits. The taste is round, perfectly balanced, with a long aftertaste with hints of ripe fruit. We recommend serving with fish dishes, pork, young cheeses and green salads.

Production technology: Reducing the yield of grapes by 50%. Cold maceration on the must for 7 days. Alcoholic fermentation in an oak barrel (225 l). Malolactic in an oak barrel. Using strain yeast and bacteria in both ferments. Resting on fine lees for 3 months. Aged in an oak barrel for 7 months.

Alcohol: 14%.

The total amount of the harvest in 2019 is 280 bottles of 0.75 liters each.
