Amber dry wine. The aroma of dried fruits, pepper, mimosa, pear and truffle. The wine has an expressive, rich taste with a refined fruity acidity, long and elegant aftertaste. It goes well with white meat, cheeses, salads, fish.
Production technology: Reducing the yield of grapes by 50%. Cold maceration for 10 days. Alcoholic fermentation in a stainless container. Spontaneous fermentation with wild yeast. Extract on the must after fermentation for 2 months. Aged for 3 months in an oak barrel (225 l).
