Dry red Merlot wine from 2020 vintage. The grapes from Odesa region with 50% reduction in grape yield. Cold soak with skeletons for 10 days, wild yeast spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel tanks, malolactic fermentation in oak barrel (225 litres) and barrique ageing from 5 to 9 months.
The wine has complex aroma with cherry undertones, notes of vanilla and sun-dried fruit. Well-balanced, supple, with medium tannins and great vanilla length.
