Pinot Noir

Well-balanced and elegant dry red Pinot Noir wine from 2022 vintage. The grapes were harvested in Ovidiopil district of Odesa region with 50% reduction in grape yield.
Cold soak with skeletons for 10 days, wild yeast spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel tanks, malolactic fermentation in oak barrel (225 litres) and barrique ageing from 5 to 9 months.
